Wang Jipeng (王際平 Wang Jipeng)

Currently the head of Curriculum Center at the Institute of International Education at Shanghai JiaoTong University in Shanghai. Prof Wang is a world-leading expert in the teaching of Mandarin (Hanyu) to foreigners. A graduate of East China Normal University, she has been working with universities around the world to help them set up Chinese Language Studies departments. Her overseas postings included Japan and Germany. A regular contributor to International Journals and author of a number of Mandarin (Hanyu) Learning and Teaching Resource materials, Professor Wang anchors GHCC's Mandarin (Hanyu) curriculum development.

Peng Ling, Rosey (彭凌, Peng Ling)

Ms Rosey Peng, graduated from National Chung Kung University of Taiwan, with a major in Chinese history and culture. Rosey worked in Taiwan in the media, held various positions as editor, TV news anchor and producer of both news-related and documentary films and programs. With a keen interest in the world, she is one of the most traveled young leaders of the region, having been to over 30 countries, working and participated in cultural promotion activities. She was nominated as the cultural ambassador scholar for Rotary International, which earned her stints in overseas locations to promote understanding of the Chinese culture.

Rosey taught in Bates College and Vassar College in the US for several years before returning to be based in Suzhou, China to develop the Close Up on The New China program with The GEM Group. An expert and an accomplished teacher of the Chinese language, Rosey has also widely traveled around Mainland China.
